In this 3-day training, you'll learn an effortless meditation technique that's designed for anyone ready to make meditation a sustainable, daily habit. INTRODUCTORY TALK
This is a free talk. Here I share my experiences with meditation, the benefits you can expect, and an overview of the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. You can ask plenty of questions too. The goal is to leave you feeling fully informed, so you can decide if this course is for you. There is no obligation to sign up for the course.
COURSE - DAY ONE
During the first session, you’ll be given instruction in this effortless meditation technique. You’ll be assigned home practice and some recommendations.
COURSE - DAY TWO + THREE
Over the following two sessions, the technique is practiced, discussed and refined, providing you with the experience and know-how to be completely self-sufficient in your practice. We examine the impact of stress on the body, the nature of the mind, and how meditation can be an incredibly powerful technique to manage stress and sustain wellbeing. We also cover a realistic approach for how you can establish and maintain a daily practice — even with an ultra-busy lifestyle.
It is essential for all three lessons to be completed consecutively, as sequential knowledge is offered each day. After three lessons, you’ll graduate from the course as an expert meditator with a new and enhanced relationship to meditation and yourself. You’ll receive continued one-on-one support from me as well as invites to graduate-only group meditations.
